You know, people blame the economy on Bush, but the problem with the economy is all these companies moving their factories and tech support to foreign countries. I had to call Comapaq the other day as my AC adapter to my Notebook broke and I needed a new one. I called a guy up two weeks ago, and he said that they would ship one out to me.
I called them up today asking where my adapter was, and I think I got transferred all the way to India. I talked to five people, and none of them were American. I have nothing against indians or anything, but its kinda hard to understand what they are saying sometimes. I ended up being on the phone for 1 hour just to find out where my adapter was. They transferred me to 5 different people. Each time I got the wrong department. Until someone finally got it right. Then I find out that they didn't have the adapter in yet, and it would be shipped today 
Oh well.
Hey whiz, I know that when you get a good source on kazaa that your download goes up, but I'm on dial up. Theres no way my speed should of gone up.
get it straight. lol

cheyenne I think the next time you buy a computer you should buy it through dell I have ordered a few things from them and they have come in quicker than the estimated ship time and as far as customer service goes sometimes you do get someone on the phone who does speak english.
