The only possible way to be unknown would be to remove yourself from all files goverment held or otherwise. Covert CIA opperative; never exist. Surfing anonymously is a good thing that while it may make it harder for the FBI to track someone, it will make other citizens using it for completely legal reasons much happier and secure feeling (although false sense of security is bad....
