    Post Oracle Tutorials for the Newbie

    Hi everybody,

    I'm about to start an Oracle DBA certificate program and i need to learn the basics. Are there any tutorials for Oracle 9i and SQL? And by the way, since Oracle uses SQLs as command interpreters, does that mean that it is not possible to command Oracle directly? Were SQLs developed after Oracle? And why is it called the Oracle 'server' ?
