If you are willing to pay then you should do it. If you didn't have any money you shouldn't have promised to pay after you saw the work. You should have waited until you got the money before you had me spend my time to make something for you. I am still willing to work with you if you will be honest.

If you wanted one for free, you should have done so before you hired me to make one for you. I have no problem with you asking for a free flash video. What I do have a problem with is you claiming you will pay me, having me do the work, and then deciding you want something free (and letting me know after the fact that you don't have the money you claimed you did).
