Useless trivia about lamps...
Lamps do not dispense light. They suck in the dark. When you replace a light bulb it is usually darkened as it has sucked in too much dark. On early electrical schematics the nomenclature for a lamp was "DS" which stood for "Dark Sucker".
I don't know where that post would fit in on your list.

Oh and the innevitable Linux poster, someone who for no apparant reason has to post something about linux in every thread that has ever existed.. I don't know why. I've read gardening threads where someone has mentioned that something works better on linux becuase of some relative differantal curve between The horsehead nebula and Uranus. So I'm guessing thats a plus 1 as well....

A linux powered lightbulb works better than a Windows powered one.
Great post! I enjoyed it on this boring day.

Hey jenjen that was great! Now, do I need to go into WHY I thought this was great, or explain the meaning of great, perhaps throwing up a link proving the MEANING of "great" as to avoid these one line posts some people seem to be stalking others about ?? lmao...Just kidding
PS. I'll bump it incase anyone else forgets to
