    What gorgeous social engineering

    I love it!!!!

Write a fix and trick Skiddies into distributing it? to begin with they would think that they had screwed up.............after the third attempt they might even carefully read the "destructions"?.......try it a couple more times... suspect a corrupted dowload.... download again and try it on a few more known vulnerable boxes...

I guess you could get one Skiddie to fix 10 boxes at least?...and they would never dare tell their buddies because they would lose street cred? In fact they would want their buddies to fall into it?..safety in numbers?...so they would even pass it on?

I thank God that when I downloaded malware I did it at home, got the source code, and tested it first

So when I demonstrated it to the Directors, it did its job.

We have all heard of malware distributed as an alleged "fix"......this looks very much like someone has turned the tables?

    Beautifull

    Cheers

Actually it's not precompiled.. and I imagine that the fix is in the shellcode, which I can't read.
