time line.

Ratman2 account created.
Ratman2 account gets baned.
Ratman3 account is made.
Some time during all of this creative pops up, and he also gets baned.
Creative some how gets the baned account from Intmon.
Creative is now known as ratman2
ratman3 does not know this.
ratman2 gets baned again.
ratman3 finds out about all this and gets really pissed off. (understandubly)
ratman3 does some digging, I do some explaining to soule.
and we end up where we are now.
