Wow, one whole can eh? I'm sold! They must have tons of weapons hidden everywhere, and saddam is controling them with his mind... and those weapons of mass distruction that wern't used against the invading colation..... well you know it just makes sense right?
The round was more then likely recently created by a fringe group, and an ammount that small is VERY easy to make.
And it never lead to the point that they found a bundle of these canasters.
Yes, I bet if I accused ANY nation of WMDs, and looked over it for a few years, yeah, I'd proably find somthing. However, it proably was not made by the government.

People actually died from anthrax...you'd be scared shitless too if your neighbor died because of white powder he received in the mail.
If you were just a tad more intelligent, you'd realise that even mixing Ammonia and Bleach inside a 155mm shell when fired...it can be very easily turned into a WMD......WMDs don't necessarily refer to Nukes.

Do you realize that you live in a country that is now allowing sharia law to be implemented outside the court system. You know female circumcision, cutting off hands, stoning, beating wifes etc.
The Latest Al Qaeda manual states, “Canada is a target because they are a Christian country”. You are number five on their list. What do you have to say about that?

One last thing. There are thousands upon thousands of shells (new & old) that the inspectors must go through. It will take years for them to complete their task. If Saddam actually followed the Geneva Convention he would have marked all biological and chemical shells with proper markings. Then again according to his (Saddam) decree about WMD to the UN. It said that he never developed sarin nerve gas, but developed VX gas and all of the VX units where destroyed. (VX is what expert's think he used against Iran and the Kurds)

In 1995, Hussein admitted to the UN that Iraq had started producing Sarin in 1984, and admitted to possessing 790 tons of the agent... That's what's in his "decree", not that he never produced it... The report to the UN mentions that all Sarin had been destroyed since, not that they never produced it... He even admitted to having used it against the Kurds (who, btw, are not "their own"... Kurds and Iraqi's are as far apart as Americans and French... not to justify anything, just a remark).

Mistaken; I have only read the 2002 report in which it state that he has not produced sarin nerve agent. (I guess it means that he has not produced sarin nerve agent since the report of 95') I have started to read the 1995 report and found the section that you are talking about.
He even admitted to having used it against the Kurds
He admitted to using chemical weapons against Iran, not the Kurds.
Kurds and Iraqi's are as far apart as Americans and French
I wouldn't go that far. How about Americans and the British or I would even say Spain
