You're completly wrong HTRegz I have no reason to complain/whine
Total AntiPoints That You've Received: 415
96% Positive 4% Negative
But if I were to get negged more often I would like to know why you negged me so it doesn't happen again and I think most newbies would also like to know why they are being negged..

Raion that's the idea of why you can add a comment to your AntiPoint assignment. It's to alert the user why your assigning what your assigning and what it was merited for in the post.

I balance out on post's that deserve neg's. That (and only that) should be where you balance out.

Sure... all we'd need is 100 more moderators. The number of AntiPoint-assignments given out each and every day is massive
Moderators don't have any control over AntiPoints, btw. We can't see who assigns what to whom, we can't take away/give extra antipoints,... and I'd like to keep it that way.

hmmmm....maybe a "top ten AP Assigners" that looks at total (number of) assignments over previous 7 day period and generates list from there. If one stays on the list for "x" days in a row, then the system could "water down" their point giving ability until they are off the list.
Just a thought....

It isn't paranoia when you KNOW they're out to get you...

I like this idea, that way those that are curious or have suspicions against someone, will be able to see that the person in question is giving out a huge amount of AP's.
Especially if they are constantly on this list.
And if they are still thinking that someting suss is going on then they can contact an Admin or a Moderator who then could contact some one in a higher position to check it out..
then the system could "water down" their point giving ability until they are off the list.
But i don't agree with that, then there'd be people that are on that list that would start complaining that there AP assignments aren't having an effect anymore, wether it's greenies or red ones that there asigning.
Unfortunatly the AP system is one of those things that carn't make everyone happy.
And the only real solution is that maybe it get's taken offline and they come up with some sort of ranking system..
cheers
