Setting up Internet Connection
Hello Guys,
I have installed Linux RedHat-9 and I an using the ADSL broadband for windows XP ( I am using a D-link Modem), I want to setup the internet connection for Linux but I cannot as I have found that this modem Model No. DSL-302G, has no drivers for Linux.
Please guide me what should I do. I really feel so handicapped for not able to get internet on Linux.
Thanx For you patience and time.
Regards
Harbir

Have you tried searching google for a driver for your modem?
And if you do a search and you don't come up with anything, please try this site.

This might help?
It seems that the issue might be more with your setup/ISP than just plain driver software.
Good luck

You could always go out and buy a different brand of card that will work with linux and windows NIC and modem cards are really cheap these days.
