Did you execute the server on the victim's machine? (if not, do so 
Does the vitims pc have a firewall. (if so, turn it off)
Give the server a password so "only" you can connect to it.
Just in case you have troubles with sub7.

1. you are hacking your company (as posted before)
2. If you are not, sub7 is really a bad bad choice.
3. you are hacking your company and I, as an admin, really dont like that
4. Talk to admin at your company and use a regular tool (vnc, RDP whatever)
5. .... repeat all above....
