I tried it 3 times with 3 different e-mail addys and still never got the codes. I am using Mozilla Firefox as my browser, and Thunderbird for my POP e-mail, the other two addys were gmail and hotmail. Maybe they just don't want my recomendations anymore :P

<edit> I even sent them e-mail to their tech support and got no answer back from them either.</edit>
I have a question; are you the bug, or the windshield?

It has been working fine for me....you're probably just holding your mouth the wrong way when you click the link.

OK Guys, time for a good laugh at Johnno's expense

I run WinSonar 2003. When you start your browser it detects this and pops up a little message........without thinking about it too much I normally say "yes".............

Then AV and other products won't update because WinSonar is intercepting & killing new background processes! (unfortunately it does not tell you when it does it)

    ooops!

Well... Since I'm on the laptop I thought, I'll try again..... It's squirrely, starts, stops, restarts, stops.....

Methinks my decision was good.... It's about to be uninstalled.... I'll give Avast a try....

Good, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I admit, it scans a little to slow, but it does a good job.

aeallison, I have had the same type of problem with AVG, can't get the d/l e-mail. I think I narrowed it down to the SPAM filters at my ISP. Since the info is auto generated, maybe?

Somebody throw me a bone here.....

funny when xp sp2 came out, antivir was mentioned by microsoft as one of the few anti-virus programs that were actually compatible. perhaps its all the traffic that makes the site slow now. perhaps also someone targetet h+b.

i'm having problems downloading any updates. strange enough, the download of the complete program works fine, perhaps you can get around the updates for a while, just download the complete thing regularly.
