They rent them from other welfare mothers ( their friends and give them a cut of the proceeds )...they pay to use their kids.

i will start. well it's not really a story but there's a guy on 34th St. between 7th and 8th avenue (Manhattan, NY) that jerks off on the sidewalk. He does this daily. I worked close by and had to pass by that street almost everyday. He just lays there on a his side and does it not caring who walks by. And NY'ers just don't give a damn.

Not to change the subject back unhappy, but this picture is just like what Chris Rock said.
"If a hobo has a funny sign, they havn't been homeless for to long. Real homeless people are to hungry to be funny."

Back to the other topic, I'm sure seeing this every day you would get used to it...but that had to take some time. What type of conversation could you have with this guy?
