When we play a video CD, or MPEG 1 video , in fullscreen, we get the result video blurred. This is because the original video size of MPEG -1 video, or VCD is 352 X 288 (4:3 PS) or 352 X 240 (Wide screen 16:9), and we play the video (in fullscreen) at 800 X 600, or 1024 X 768. Is there any software, which can either shift the resolution to 352 X 288 to view the video in fullscreen, or use a smart video enlarging technique ( Tech currently used by Photoshop to enlarge pictures) so that we can view the video at a sharp quality.
