    Just to clarify...the battery everyone is telling you to replace is a HEARING AID BATTERY located on your motherboard. When you bought the laptop has nothing to do with it since the odds are that the battery was manufactured long before the laptop was built (or perhaps before the laptop was designed for that matter).
