Organization Chart with Active Directory

In Active Directory, you have a field where you assign a manager to any users. This created an organization chart within your Active Directory. Anyone know any tools that is free or low-cost that can output that data into something readable?

I saw those softwares (I even saw a demo of Nakisa Software at a TechNet Fall 04 Tour) but it's not what I'm looking for. I'm a small enterprise and I don't need all those softwares features. I'm looking more fir something that is able to extract the data from the AD and output it in a format I can read (MDB, CSV, TXT, JPG, ...).

SDK, what about a script with LDAP? take a look at those:

The first script is very nice but need a bit of tweaking! The data is scrap when the script close itself.

Then Visio will start to be usefull! Thank cacosapo
