    the apps that zencoder recommened are spot on and dameware is one of my favorites... We also use a utility called remotely anywhere. This is all done through a webbrowser and will also let you see wahts happening on the desktop.
    Duct tape.....A whole lot of Duct Tape

    I would agree in principal with you, but in some locales, the EU for example, end user privacy is ridiculously restrictive, depending on the circumstances. That's what Apsman was referring to.

    Ahh, thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't sure what he meant exactly thus I commented on instinctive thought. I guess if the end user privacy is that restrictive, it could complicate things a bit.
