    Unhappy Overview of New Orleans

    At http://www.digitalglobe.com/sample_imagery.shtml there are some images of New Orleans after hurricane Katrina. I can't think of anything else to say after seeing those images...

    Incredible photos, especially "Levee Break at Bellaire Drive". At one end is the compromised levee, (with houses still standing mere metres away) and at the other the highway just disappears into the blue oblivion. A thousand words indeed . . .

    Uhm, there's already a thread devoted to this.. and I'm sick of seeing those images, it just make's me sad and depressed. Blah..
