What do you guys use to track your workouts and progress?
Nothing at the moment. I used to have a nice utility for my palm pilot that I used to keep track of everything. I know... very geeky. I did it outside the gym. I didn't want the muscle heads to beat my ass. I know they were already laughing at me... lol
I'm still eating some multigrain wheat bread. Your breakfast sounds good. One of my favorite combos. I may replace my granolla bar in the AM for that. I find myself starving before lunch and thats why I have the morning snack of dried fruit and mixed nuts. I've been eating the Pepperidge farms brand though.
I have not tried the xyience stuff. I've also seen it on Spike TV. The UFC guys take it.
I have tried a couple of different fat burners. I tried Stacker 3 XPC for a couple of weeks. It made me very very shaky. I stopped taking it though, becuase I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. Not to mention, when I was taking it... I smoked a crap load more. I suspect that any of the other products out there would do the same. Its counterproductive to my quitting smoking... so, let me know what you think of it if you try it.
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.

For tracking my progress I use a good old-fashioned paper brain and a pencil. One page = one day, and I write what my goals are the night before, and what I actually accomplished post-workout. Not too shabby so far considering on day 1 week 1 I could run a total of 100 yards without breathing hard with chest pains - and today I covered 1.5 miles before needing to stop, without chest pains.
Even a broken watch is correct twice a day.

My diet consists of fried chicken, pizza, pork steak and roast, blade steak/fat attached, various hearty pasta dishes, English muffins, Canadian bacon, back bacon, pealmeal bacon, fried potatoes, corn, peas, hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs, and a few other lovely dishes...
and that's just for breakfast!

I'll exercise enough for the both of us tomorrow.
Then I think I'll have grilled chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese and mushrooms and onions... mmmm

So this supresses appetite, eh? Looks like models won't have to do coccaine anymore. Huzzah!
Weight has never been an issue for me. I actually have to eat like a pig to stay in shape. I have a hyper metabolism and usually have to consume 3,500 calories a day along with about an hour of weight-lifting to prevent becoming a twig and stay built. Alot of people think they would enjoy it, but honestly it's just the opposite side of the coin of being fat.

From Society's point of view, being a twig is a lot better than being fat.

Hah........ they both look like you're dying.
Man I can't stress how important it is to get real food for our brain. Flushing all toxins out through diet are important so you don't have those negative moods. (The moods bitching about working out today.) I like buying those giant bags of simple salads from SAMS, COSTCO etc... DOLE came out with these "All-Natural Fruit in Plastic Jars, there's no cutting, slicing or peeling." OMG............ these are friggin great in fruit salads, just fruit and salad leafs. I have precooked marinated chicken packages when I'm not marinating mine in salad dressing. I'm not a picky eater so I'll eat anything, but man I am susceptible to being burnt-out on foods. You have to switch it up on those salads, and with that fruit is how I do it. I like putting a NY strip on a salad too, dressed with O'Charleys honey mustard. I eat loads of fish because they are friggin packed with protein but low in saturated fat and cholesterol. Avocados are a great source of fat and contain tons of micronutrients fiber and good fats. I'm currently addicted to homemade salsas and dips. Too many foods that are good for you to post. Olive oil is awesome. Nuts and seeds have the good fats and oils in them. Spread out your daily three meals into snacks and then eat smaller portions when you eat your meals. Your body can burn it off like that and you don't go hungry throughout the day. You don't want to blow all your hard work on giant dinners trying to make up for lost meals. I don't touch pastas after noon. BTW Yogurt burns fat. If you like hamburgers you can grind your own meat, that way you can eat it medium rare with little fat.
Buying in bulk saves, I have a little under $50 in water right now.......shaving cream, I have cases of that......toilet paper.lol

Yeah you need music to get that tunnel vision and selective hearing. If your mind is distracted from the fibers tearing down it won't convince your body to quit because of "pain". That's why having a spotter to chat with makes a few hours in the gym go bye like 45min.
One of my favorites for the San Quentin bench press is "game got switched ~ Ludacris". Turn up the vega 12's.
I hate it when it's too many niggaz, not enough hoes
Too many rookies, not enough pros
The game got switched on some Ludacris ****
So all y'all can suck my.....
