I remember once me and my friend moved his web browser shortcut to a folder, and replaced it with a batch file that said "Windows was unable to run this application due to too much Porn on the system" His expression was priceless.
Just thought I'd share
I know your type, you think "I'll just get me a costume, rip off the neighborhood kids". Next thing you know, you've got a jet shaped like a skull with lasers on the front!

I had a similar situation in which someone kept using my WiFI. I configured an old computer to emulate an access point and then used ettercap (http://ettercap.sourceforge.net) to replace all the images of web pages accessed through that access point with the "TubGirl" pic. I haven't seen them on my network since. LOL
