Internet Explorer isnt adding http://www.
Like the subject says after I installed IE 7 Beta 2 the http:// doesnt auto fill in when I hit enter or click on GO. So if I type www.google.com and hit enter IE doesnt do a thing untill I hit Ctrl + Enter. Before it would just automatically fill that in.
So I uninstalled IE 7 after hearing it from my Wife and now I have the same issue with IE 6 SP2. any Ideas?
Windows XP Home
Service Pack 2
McAfee Antivirus 2006
Internet Explorer 6
Need to know anything else here?
Watch this be a simple fix, (will slam head into monitor if it is)

I think the feature is user configurable, but can't
remember at the moment
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

I have use inline autocomplete checked in tools/internet options/advanced. But this didnt work. It was working for some time in IE 7 Beta 2, but it stopped working the other day and this upset my wife. So I uninstalled it and went back to IE6. Now IE6 doesnt add the http:// either. This must be a bug in IE 7.
