    MSCONFIG ~ can it be launched from a limited account?

    Anyone know how to launch msconfig from a limited account in XP?

    MF is correct. You can do it using the RunAs command -C:\>runas /user:administrator msconfig.exe <ENTER>
    It will ask for the administrative password, enter it and off you go.
