The DPRK's TLD is running
...and even has a web site now. I never thought I would see the day that would happen, but it is true. The .kp domain is up and running. Granted, the nameservers do not appear to be in Pyongyang, but in Germany.
It says it is planning to accept registrations soon, but I wonder what restrictions are placed on it if any. Should be interesting to see.

You mean you haven't had an invitation yet?
All you have to do is upload at least 5,000 titles belonging to RIAA/MPAA members.
After all, it's a much cheaper way of pissing the MAN off than developing thermonuclear weapons?
Muhahahahahahahahahahah

Here is Donkey Punch's homepage:

Actually, it is the North Korean propaganda website. The IT link is quite interesting (menubar at the top).
A serious answer to DP is that it will be heavily restricted if their e-mail system is anything to go by.
They have two servers that squirt stuff through China, once every 10 minutes. You have to register an account with SiliBank, a NK/Chinese financial institution, who handles their e-mail system.
Outsiders who wish to e-mail NK have to register an account as well ($100) and pay per message.
You can only e-mail other registered accounts.
