    Hi Cider,

At the end of the year our company goes on leave. However I still need to do tech support emails.
Are you the only person doing this? and will these e-mails be going to a dedicated post box?

If the answer is "yes" then the quick and dirty solution is to have the mails forwarded to an account you create for yourself?

Nihil, Excellent idea - never thought of that.

Yes I am the only one doing it.

However I will need to use some files on the network.

The forwarding emails will work. I will need to send from the work addres.

You could use OWA...to access email

or even The remote desktop application...if you have a workstation on site that is not in use?

There are several ways to remote into a network depending on what you need to do.

If you do use OWA, and you have Office 2003 or better, you can enable RPC over HTTPS and you'll get the full functionality of the hard Outlook client through the web interface. Nifty stuff.
