Why not learn to program them yourself? By the time you learn that, you will have a very useful skill, and a better understanding of how they work. You will also better understand the general area of hacking, as you will have to learn that in order to write your programs. It sure beats being a script kiddie.
Exactly!!! do that.
Well in my opinon hacking programs are stupid, you cannot call yourself a hacker but you can call yourself a SKRIPT=KIDDIE besides those are the most popular types of computer idiots out there.
What are you going to do when you get a computer with no hacking programs on it, are you still going to be ellite! lol, I seriously doubt it. Sooner or later you will realize that programs suck. Most of the programs that are out there you don't need because the operating system already has the same tools.
I could be wrong you could be a good hacker, and programs do have there small advantages. So be more specific. The reason I haven't given any links is because I'm a programmer. lol, lol, lol.
Good luck, also have you ever heard of the anti-terroism act I suggest you look that up if you are in the U.S.
