I just tried more than 20 times to upload a picture and it wont let me!

the pic is a jpg only 49K (the limit is 175K) and the pic is thesame to the original one that i uploaded b4 except that i made some changes to make my face blurry.. but it wont let me do it..

First it says "Picture Upload Sucessful" then it suddenly refresh and says "No Picture Uploaded Yet" ..
