JP, If you are reading this, how about just add an option to our member settings where we can choose if we want the chat to automatically open or not. This way for those that don't chat the popup won't annoy them, and for those that always chat it will automatically open for them. Just an idea, because pop-ups are annoying as hell, especially when you are at work.
