Intel Pentium 4 reaches 3675mhz!
http://www.muropaketti.com/artikkeli...hwood2200/ln2/
Recently, the people at muropaketti.com managed to overclock their Pentium 4 2.2ghz processor up to 3675mhz. Overclocking is raising a processor's speed, but doing so will make it run at high temperatures, void the warranty, and often run unstable.
They managed to obtain some liquid nitrogen which is -196 degrees celsius, and they then put it into a copper cup which was placed on top of the CPU. They then managed to overclock it to a world record speed.
By visiting the source, you can see photographs of it. It is recommended you do not try this at home.
Amazing isnt it, the guy was even playing Quake 3 on the system
