A Norwegian museum is appealing for computer hackers to help crack the password to its electronic library.

The worker who set up the archive of 1,600 books and documents died without revealing the password.

Museum director Ottar Grepstad has made an appeal on national radio urging hackers to solve the mystery.

The Norway Post reports several hackers have already contacted the literary museum.

Officials will sift through the candidates to try and choose the hacker most likely to succeed.

[edit] thought this might be interesting...what a story...i think if they choose the right person, a few conceptions about hackers might change. [/edit]
