It deals with message tracking. I'm kinda sorry I didn't mention it with my last HTML bug post, but I didn't find out until now, which was my first time going into message tracking. Once again, you can fix it via the standard way. Not really a security threat, because only the user(s) that messed with their folder name(s) is/are the only one(s) that it will effect...
