[gloworange]How do you feel AntiOnline is ran? What pushes your decision to provide your knowledge to others in the community? How do you feel about the respect or lack of, directed towards yourself by others in the AO community.[/gloworange]

I feel there are areas of the AO community and the members that do need improvement. I feel that AntiPoints are often misused and focused as the main aspect of AntiOnline, and are often the main cause of AntiOnline Greed. A user that is affected by AntiPoint Greed may engage in such activities as revenge and unrational thinking brought on by anger. Hense the huge occurance of threats, good-bye threads, and suicidal posts. This could be solved by the removing of the annonymous posts. Of, course the fear of this would be those who fear the occurance revenge. Revenge would not be a factor if, the negative post was in fact legit. In that point, if you were the target of revenge, the user could be reported by method of maybe a "Misuse of AntiPoints form". Sounds reasonable.

Another point is the actions of elders and veterans of the AO community. I feel that alot of the AO members have their ideal way AO should be ran, in fact alot of the elders and veterans have opposing opinions. However, we do all have the same expectations of all members. To increase the wealth of information shared, and the quality of posts I think everyone should lead and follow by example. With this said, a user that follows the example of a veteran should not be punished for sharing an opinion in the same manner as a veteran, as long as it is done in a positive fashion.
