Finally Quesions Asked Special Court Rejects Ashcroft Rules
Well like it or not the USA has a court and in 20 some years never says much about it's rulings but today a finding http://apnews.excite.com/article/200...D7LIO3MG0.html so go figure who that court is and how come Ashcroft is shot down.
I believe that one of the characteristics of the human race - possibly the one that is primarily responsible for its course of evolution - is that it has grown by creatively responding to failure.- Glen Seaborg
