This question would be a lot easier to settle with a couple of these guys ( and ) (Paranthesis or something). It could be:

(4*3)/(2*3) = 8

or:

4*(3/(2*3)) = 2

or:

((4*3)/2)*3 = 18

Don´t which one Ramzi was thinking about, so I can´t give an answer!
