hey guys,
A friend of mine from another forum is having an issue with their system. It's a Dell and this issue has been going on for a month now and support has been no help. This Windows ME system will crash with the following:

N detect Kernel 32 dll
WSOCK2(01)+0000383B Error:0E:00280AFB68B
WSOCK2(01)+0000383B Error:0E:0028OB3890B
WSOCK2(01)+0000383B Error:0E:00280B096BB
NisserV Error USER.EXE


Now, from what it looks like to me the Winsock file has gotten messed up. I've told them to scan the system and make sure it was clean. Dell tells them to wipe the box and reinstall. Any other ideas?
