Not in computer terms. Reboot is Re-Boot, except boot has nothing to do with kicking things. It has to do with the phrase "Pulling yourself up by your bootstraps." (Sort of like pulling your hair to fly.) So computers 'boot' in the sense of pulling themselves up into life, rather than in terms of being kicked, and to reboot is to Boot Again.
