a friend of mine had me install win 2k pro on his hp pavilion i saved the modem driver and want to know how to get it to the modem as the system was originally running 98 and when i visit the hp support site the extraction tools will be geared towards the original os.
At this point I just woke up and gotta walk the dogs before i head out but on the 'puter i am on now the problem i had when i got rid of windows me(it actually got rid of me) was that the extraction tool wouldn't work on win 2k pro.
