You are a student administrator and you are making use of this flaw and "trying" not to let it get out..... that doesn't strike me as being a very ethical position. That'd be like my neighbour asking me to feed his dog and giving me a copy of his house key. I then turn around and use the key to go into his house whenever I want..... There's a serious issue there that needs to be dealt with.
