I searched google for free tutorials and found this website

It has almost every tutorial you could need(C++, C, Java, SQL, PERL, VB, Photoshop...).
The index is in German (i think) but the tutorials are in english.
Most of them are from SAMS.
The only downside is that most of them a pretty old.
