loose weight fast
Ok, let me start off by saying... I've been lazy and put on a bit of weight in the gut.
Probably from beer, double bacon cheese burgers and the bag of dorittos that I've come to love.
Now, what I'm trying to do...
I have a formal dinner to go to next tuesday. I just found out about it this past weekend.
I tried on my nicest suit and it no longer fits me. I need to loose aprox. 2 inches in my waist by next tuesday. Is this possible?
I have since purchased another suit that will work, but its not as nice as the one I want to wear.
What I've been doing since I've found out about it.

I've been doing situps, pushups, running, rollerblading, biking, running up and down the stairs at work, eating salad and multigrain bars, and vitamins. I even got some stacker 2. I know this is not good for you, but I'm only going to take it for a week to try to fit into that suit.
I'm not a "big" person... right now I'm a 34/32-36/32 pant size depending on brand. The suit I need to fit into is a 34/32. I'm shy by just about 2 inches in that. My height is about 5'7" and I weigh 160-170. I normally go up or down by about 5lbs daily.
You know the deal... you get busy with work, school, and everything else and put off the excersice and don't care what you eat. You get comfortable with the girlfriend and know that you don't have to go meet other girls, so you let the apperance slide a bit.
Is there anything else that I can do to drop the weight in the waist quickly?
Any opinions appreciated. Even the ones that tell me that crash dieting is bad...
I plan to keep up with it afterwards so I don't get into this situation again.
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.
