You should still check for spyware. Also look for documentation on your popup blocker and check that it actually does route you through localhost:8080. Also, you might want to update the blocker to its latest version, or better yet get one that does not use the proxy method. This is because an intelligent cracker might be able to use you as a public proxy for attacks.
