I know there is a lot said about this already on this forum, and I have tried to follow what's been said, but I can't seem to get rid of this! I'm beginning to feel too old to learn new tricks!

I have little installed on my new CPU except virus programs and anti-spyware! Did not have time to reinstall old applications from a computer with fried capacitors (my surge protector failed) because this spyware s**t hit so fast!

I have tried to follow all the discussion threads, but nothing seems to get rid of this! All I want to do is go back to emailing my granddaughter and paying some bills online. PLEASE HELP me understand what to do!
