One of our customers called today complaining that they are recieving multiple copies of the same email, some times up to 23 copies of a single letter. it is happening to multiple users within the company. I tried searching for possible causes for this but came up sort of short handed. one cause i could think of was possibly a virus of some sort causing this, ad the probability of them all having it is somewhat high becasue they email eachother very often. They are using different versions of Outlook and outlook express. and are running windows boxes with OS ranging from 98 to xp. any ideas on what the problem may be?
