It boils down to this, and where I differ from the Democrats: I think everyone did what they could, no one was seriously negligent and fingers can be pointed to Bush, Clinton, Gore, Rice, and everybody right to the cop at ground Zero. And nothing could have prevented it outside of a pre-existing patriot act and hard line communist style KGB oversight. The Americans didn't deserve it because their leader "isolated" the world; they got it because they slept. And most of the negative impact from 9/11 is the partisan political agenda to prove all the above is the opposite of what I just said.

The fact that Saudi Arabia pleaded to have these people returned is not my idea of "something horribly wrong." And the commission and all those involved don't think so either. So what? Are we insinuating a terrorist got away? That we shuffled off the nest of Al Queda? Al Queda is at the throats of the Saudi's as well and their war front is more dangerous than ours.
