Please forgive me if this has been asked before. I have done a search for this question and couldn't find one so I decided to ask here.

I am trying to monitor my children and their internet use on our home PC. How can I get the computer to prompt for a password when logging onto the internet? I want to be the keeper of the password so that I will always know when and who is on the computer.
