Hey guys i'm currently planning on building a PC from scratch. I'm on a pretty tight budget but i just wanted to get everyones opinion on parts that I should get that are cheap (but good quality and performance). I also want a recommendation on P4's VS AMD Athlon. All opinions would be greatly appreciated.....
