The whole basis of your idea is that no one pays much attention or cares for that matter. Make any sense? Of course it does not.
And with that said I'd just like to say that its been months since I've sent + AP to another member. If they don't like it then I tell them they've caught me red handed and that I should be reported in for AP abuse then quickly banned. The end.
