say you did have the equipment, ripping off a speed pass account would still require knowing information abou tthe person, ie credit card number or the actual barcode that is associated with their particular key. You could use rfid to clone one, but if you had it in your possession, why not just use theirs? It would buy you about a week or two I guess before they (hopefully) noticed that someone else was using their account from a cloned speed pass key.
