a workstation here in my office where i work running windows XPthat cant boot into entire system. it just keeps on restarting to the troubleshooting menu. it just stop on the menu and restart again and return into the menu. should i format that or do some troubleshooting? i cant find any answer on google. so i hope sumone can help me here. thanks a lot.
