I have a fairly large image in the background of one of my web pages, and this means when using MS Internet Explorer to view the web page the image toolbar appears and disrupts the layout of the page.

I was therefore wondering if anyone knows of a way to disable the image toolbar from the server side (e.g. using some HTML, CSS or JavaScript code).
