I have a question about setting options for exploits & payloads in Metasploit.
Exploit Options

EXITFUNC Required DATA Exit technique: "process", "thread", "seh"
LHOST Required ADDR Local address to receive connection
LPORT Required PORT Local port to receive connection
PEXEC Required PATH Full path to file to upload and execute


When assigning a LHOST, is it localhost (127.0.0.1), or my IP in the LAN or is it my global IP address? Knowing that the target is out of my LAN.
